Farm to Table
The food from Arkansas is honest, filling, wholesome and clean. Family recipes from this area fill P. Allen Smith’s cookbook and serve as the basis for our generous and healthy Farm to Table suppers. Enjoy tender meats, crisp vegetables, and home-made desserts that will bring you back home.

Allen Smith designs interior rooms, touring our ornamental gardens, enjoying the roses in our Heritage Rose Conservancy, sampling a blackberry from our organic vegetable garden, or walking through the sets used for his PBS television show. We work with many of the region’s best vendors and frequently assemble additional value-add services for our clients such as entertainment, transportation, and photography needs.
