Ingredients
- Pastry shell
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
Instructions
- Place pastry shell in a 9 inch pie plate and flute edge as desired. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake for 40-45 min at 350. Allow to cool before slicing.
