• 6 cups cooked green peas
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 10 mint leaves minced (about two teaspoons dried)
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Melt butter in pot and squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add cooked green peas and mint. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Dish can be served either hot or at room temperature.
