Housing 2.0: A Disruption Survival Guide

Earlier this year, I was honored to be asked by Sam Rashkin, founder of the Housing 2.0 program, to contribute to his latest book ‘Housing 2.0: A Disruption Survival Guide’. If you’re interested in how we can all work together to create a greener world or have a passion for innovative and efficient building, this is a book you’ll want to make sure that you have close at hand! Sam is to be commended for his passion and dedication to building innovation in this country.

Every once in a while a book comes along that causes complete transformation in an industry. Housing 2.0 is that book.

Guest Expert Essay By P. Allen Smith

To optimize communities, the built environments must be places that people want to be.
