- 6 cups cooked green peas
- 1/4 pound butter
- Juice of one lemon
- 10 mint leaves minced (about two teaspoons dried)
- Salt and pepper
- Melt butter in pot and squeeze in the juice of one lemon. Add cooked green peas and mint. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Dish can be served either hot or at room temperature.
