• 1 round of herb focaccia bread
  • sun dried tomato mayonnaise made from combining 3 tbs. sun dried tomatoes with 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a blender
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup roasted peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed greens with radicchio
  • 1 cup clover honey


  1. Slice through the focaccia bread lengthwise to make two halves.
  2. Spread one side of the bread with the sun dried tomato mayonnaise.
  3. Top with shredded chicken, roasted red peppers and mixed Greens.
  4. Place the top of bread back on and cut into quarters.
