This pudding is a great way to enjoy fresh plums when they are in season in summer.


  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 fresh plums, pitted, cut into chunks


  1. In a medium saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 cups of orange juice. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved. Add 3 tablespoons of honey and cook over a medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens
  2. Transfer the pudding to a mixing bowl and add the plums. Mix thoroughly and place in the refrigerator for an hour to chill before serving.
