Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 juice of lemon and zest of lemon
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/4 cup flax seed oil
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients and gently stir. You can also use a potato masher to create a creamy guacamole. If you do, wait to add the tomatoes until after you have mashed the avocado.
