Limelight’ is an appealing soft green with lemon-yellow variegation with the form and foliage of ‘Powis Castle’. I find that the variegated leaves of artemisia ‘Limelight’ work well with the blues, yellows and sharp greens of the other plants. One word of caution., ‘Limelight’ has proven to be a garden thug and is best planted in containers where it can be controlled.

As with other artemisias, ‘Limelight’ must have well drained soil. Wet feet for this plant can be the kiss of death, especially during the winter months. ‘Limelight’ also prefers full sun but will tolerate light shade and it is both drought tolerant and deer resistant.
