Ingredients
- 1 quart vanilla soymilk
- 7 ounces extra-firm silken tofu
- 7 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 2/3 cup amaretto
Instructions
- Making soynog is pretty simple. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
