Artichoke Dip

In the past I've spent hours going through recipes looking for that perfect appetizer or snack. But I always seemed to fall back on the same recipe, one a friend gave me years ago, and it's become one of my favorites. This is simple, easy to put together, and it doesn't take much time at all. The only problem is that it tastes so good I often eat it all before my guests arrive.
Ingredients
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup romano cheese, grated
Instructions
To put this together, quarter the artichoke hearts and mix them with the mayonnaise and the shredded cheese.
Put this in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.
Notes
You can use Romano cheese in place of Parmesan, if you prefer.
Time to prepare: 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
