Freezing Blackberries
The easiest way to preserve blackberries is to freeze them. Wash and drain the berries. Place the berries on a baking sheet in
a single layer. Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Once the berries are frozen transfer them to a freezer bag with a zip closure.
