A walk through the one acre garden will reveal all manner of vege­tables, herbs and bram­bles. There is something growing in every season – even winter! In add­ition to providing local­ly grown, fresh produce for restaurants in town, the one acre garden is a laboratory of sorts for testing methods of organic gardening and trialing new plant varieties.
