Thai Peanut Slaw
Ingredients
- 16 oz package cabbage slaw
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup thai peanut sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
Instructions
Place the cabbage and the chopped green onions in a large, zip closing freezer bag.In a small bowl mix the peanut sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar to create a dressing.
Add the dressing to the freezer bag, zip it closed and shake until the cabbage and green onions are well coated.
Keep chilled until you are ready to serve.
Serves 4.
