Thai Chicken Wraps

Regina Charboneau has done it again! She's given me a great recipe to share with you. These chicken wraps are super easy to prepare and great for when you are on the go. There is no need to knock yourself out preparing the chicken. Regina says a store bought rotisserie chicken is perfect for this recipe.


On each flour tortilla spread 2 tablespoons of the Thai chili-garlic spread.

Top with half a cup of shredded roast chicken, 1/2 cup mixed greens and sprinkle red onion.

Roll the tortilla up, wrap in plastic wrap and then cut in half.

Leave wrapped in plastic in the fridge until ready to serve.


You can make Thai Chile Garlic Spread by combining 2 tbs. of Thai garlic chili paste and 6 tbs. of mayonnaise.
