Roasted Sweet Corn With Lemon Chive Butter
Remove the husks and silks from the corn and set aside.
Blend the chives and lemon zest with the softened butter.
Spread each corn cob with a bit of the herb butter.
Wrap each cob individually in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 425 degree oven, 15 minutes for small cobs about 30 for larger ones.
