Peach And Ginger Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup peaches, peeled, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 3 green onions, diced
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger root, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place in the refrigerator to chill.
Serve with chips.
Notes
Time to prepare: 5 minutes.
This recipe is vegetarian.
