Orange Mint Tea

I received this tea recipe from a friend that I meet in Nashville, Tennessee. It is so simple that I was actually able to write it all down on the back of a napkin. It is the perfect beverage to serve at luncheons and afternoon get togethers or for when you are just looking for an escape from the summer's heat.
Ingredients
- 8 cups water, cold
- 6 cups water, boiling
- 4 family sized tea bags
- 30 mint leaves
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups orange juice, pulp free
Instructions
Steep tea bags and mint in 6 cups of boiling water. Let this brew for about 30 minutes.
When sufficiently brewed, removed the teabags and strain the liquid into a large pitcher.
Stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
Now add 8 cups of cold water, orange juice and lemon juice.
Serve over ice with sprigs of mint and lemon wedges as a garnish.
