Butter both sides of the New England seafood rolls and brown in a skillet. If you can't find New England seafood rolls, you can make do with hot dog buns. Slice the crust off the sides, butter and brown in a skillet.
Add a generous dollop of the lobster mix to each of the seafood rolls and serve.
Makes about 4 to 6 sandwiches depending on the size of your bread.
