Grown Up Grilled Cheese
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices of bread in the hot skillet, buttered side down. Top the bread in the skillet with American cheese, tomatoes and avocados. Sprinkle with basil, red pepper flakes, and garlic salt. Add mozzarella and provolone to each sandwich and top with a slice of bread, buttered side facing up.
Cook in the hot skillet until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Time to prepare: 15 minutes.
