Easy-As-Pie Cheesecake From A Taste Of Soy

Instructions

Combine graham cracker crumbs from the mix with butter or margarine.

Add water, stirring well until crumbs are evenly moistened. Put crumbs into 8” pie plate and pat evenly across bottom and up sides.

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Combine the soy milk and filling mix in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Drain the tofu and add to the mixture. Continue blending until smooth.

Pour filling into cooled shell. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Notes

You can substitute margarine for butter, if you prefer

Time to prepare: 30 minutes.

This recipe is vegetarian.

Serves 8.

    Subarooz, the "filling mix" Is the cheesecake filling mix that you combine with the soy milk. =)

    Can't wait to give this a try myself, as it looks and sounds absolutely delicious! :D

    Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is the "filling mix" just the water and soy milk? Or is it water, soy milk and silken tofu? I ask because it says to add the tofu in the next step.
